Terms of service — orders, prices and production

Orders

Products are printed to order. Once production has started an order can no longer be cancelled. Prices are in US dollars and exclude duties that may apply outside the United States.

Fit

Seat covers are universal fit. Some cars need the elastic straps adjusted; floor mats can be trimmed along the guide line. This is not a defect.

Delivery

Production 6–9 days, transit 2–4 weeks, to the address you give us. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or the carrier.

Orders and prices

Shipping is a flat $6, free on orders over $100, and no other charge is added at checkout. An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email, and production starts at that point — which is why an order can no longer be changed once it is in the print queue.

Order confirmation and corrections

The confirmation email is the moment the order becomes binding on both sides. If something in it is wrong — the print, the address, the quantity — write to us within 24 hours: production starts on the next working day, and after that the order is already in the queue.

Payment

Payment is taken when you order, through Stripe, and production starts once it clears. Card details never touch our servers. If a payment is declined the order is not produced and the cart is left as it was.

Prints and designs

You buy the printed product, not a licence to reproduce the artwork: you may not copy the print or resell items made with it. Licensed designs (a film, a game or a character) are printed with permission of the rights holder, and that permission does not transfer to you.

For anything about an order, write to contact@innotech-it.fr. These terms may be updated; the version published on this page on the day you order is the one that applies to that order.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item. Nothing here removes the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

What you pay, and when

The price shown on the product page is in US dollars and is the price charged at checkout: no handling fee, no printing surcharge, no packaging charge. Shipping is a flat $6, free once the items in the cart pass $100, and that is the last line on the invoice. Card details are taken by Stripe on their own payment page; we never see the number.

Payment is captured when the order is placed, because that is the moment production is committed. If a print fails at the press or an item cannot be produced for any reason, the order is cancelled and refunded in full rather than left pending.
