We support the quality of our products and guarantee that our products are produced. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge.

We generally do not accept returns because of user errors, such as wrong selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

Used items are not eligible for reimbursement or interchange. New and unused items that have been successfully received by customers within 30 days are eligible to be returned or traded. Once 30 days have elapsed since the merchandise was received, refunds and exchanges will no longer be accepted.

Refunds

We are committed to providing you with the best products, and are pleased to replace your order due to one of the following reasons: The product is defective. The print quality is not good. The product you have received is different from the original product represented on our website. Please email us at contact@best-car-seat-covers.com with a picture of the product you received with detailed photos that you would like to include.

This information will be used to investigate a replacement and avoid future errors. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your application is accepted, we will provide you with a free replacement.

If a tracking number shows as delivered and customers claims they never received the package, we would recommend them trying to reschedule another delivery attempt. We can not process replacements or refunds on items that show as successfully delivered (If items are returned without authorization). For all other requests please email us at contact@best-car-seat-covers.com. Our customer service team will review your claim and if it is approved, we will provide you with a return address where clothes have been purchased from the store Customers are responsible for return shipping rates. Please allow 3-5 business days after your order has been processed for a refund to appear. Any unauthorized returns or those which have been worn, washed or damaged may not be eligible for either an exchange of refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you didn’t get a refund yet, first make sure it isn’t on your bank account. If not, contact your credit card company and ask them to look into the issue – it may take some time for that refund to show up! Next step is contacting your bank. Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during production or shipping; however we do offer exchanges of similar products as long as they’re sent in with proof of purchase within 30 days from when you bought them (the receipt should say “within warranty period”!).

To submit an exchange request send us an email at contact@best-car-seat-covers.com providing order number and the modification requested to our customer service team who’ll review claim upon approval provide details about return address where item can be shipped back once exchanged has been processed.

Cancellation

If you change your mind about your purchase, please send us an email to contact@best-car-seat-covers.com and provide the order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once we have changed it for you! Your order is only eligible for cancellation or modification if placed within 4 hours of placing the order. After that time period, orders cannot be cancelled (and there will be a 20% transaction fee applied).

Please note that a management and transaction fee (20% of total value) will apply when cancelling orders after this timeframe as well as additional shipping charges which may include restocking fees in addition to return shipping costs due back on our company’s behalf with any partial returns/cancellations made outside 0-4 hour window from placement date or initial request by customer
