Shipping & returns — production, transit and returns
Production
Every item is printed after your order: allow 6–9 days before your tracking number is issued.
Delivery
Shipped from the United States. Transit takes 2–4 weeks. Shipping is a flat $6, free on orders over $100.
Packaging and address changes
Orders ship flat in a protective sleeve. If you spot a mistake in the address, write to us the same day: once the parcel is in production the label is already printed, and we can only correct it by reprinting and reshipping at your cost.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. Return shipping is at your expense; the item price is refunded once we receive it. Items printed with a mistake on our side are replaced at no cost.

Contact us with your order number — we answer within one business day.
What happens after you order
Your order goes straight to production: the print is laid down on the fabric, cut and sewn, then packed and handed to the carrier. That is why the tracking number takes 6–9 days to appear — nothing is picked off a shelf. Once it ships, transit takes 2–4 weeks anywhere in the United States.
Shipping cost
One flat rate of $6 per order, whatever the size of the parcel. Orders over $100 ship free. We do not ship outside the United States.
Tracking your parcel
As soon as production is done you get an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier. Tracking updates can lag by a day or two at the start; if the number shows nothing for 48 hours, write to us and we will check it with the warehouse.
Outside the United States
We ship within the United States only. Duties, customs handling and any import tax are not applicable to US addresses, and we do not offer international delivery at the moment.
Wrong item, damaged or never arrived
If the print is not the one you ordered, if the parcel arrives damaged, or if tracking has not moved for two weeks, write to us with your order number: we reprint and reship at our cost. That is separate from a change of mind, which falls under the 30-day return window above.
What the timeline looks like, day by day
Day 1: you order and the payment is taken. Days 1 to 9: the set is printed, cut and sewn, and the tracking number is issued when that work is done — not when the order is placed. Days 9 to 37: the parcel travels with the carrier. Most parcels land in the middle of that window rather than at the end, but a made-to-order item cannot be promised to a date the way a stocked item can.
If you need the set for a date — a birthday, a road trip — say so in the order message. We cannot speed up production, but we can tell you honestly whether the timing is realistic before you pay.
